Project Description

There were 40 tedious questions in the customer product return process, which left the customer feeling frustrated due to the overwhelming number of inquiries for online returns. I made adjustments by reducing unnecessary questions related to certain voltages and shipping label guidance. Additionally, I incorporated clear visual guidance, including innovative features and tooltips, to effectively address each confusion encountered by the engineers.
